Return Policy

All return requests must be e-mailed to arcangelg216@gmail.com within 24 hours of being received and are dealt with on a per case basis. Returns are only issued for merchandise damaged by the carrier. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and plastic wrapping MUST NOT be punctured or cut in any way or NO return will be authorized. We will reimburse return shipping costs in the form of a check mailed within 2-3 weeks of merchandise being received by out warehouse ONLY if shipping cost receipt is included. If return is authorized you will be e-mailed an authorization number that is to be included on a piece of paper with returned merchandise. Once damaged merchandise is received by our warehouse and is authorized as a return we will ship another piece within 2-3 weeks and we will pay shipping costs for the replacement merchandise. WE DO NOT REFUND WE ONLY EXCHANGE. We cannot cancel orders once transaction is processed.
